We are reading a story on how to babysit an orangutan. Please bring in one of your stuffed animals to school tomorrow (make sure that it is one that can sit on your desk). Once you pick which stuffed animal you are bringing, think about how hard it would be to have that animal in school for a day. What would it need? How you take care of it during the day? Book Reports Due Oct 25

It's that time of year! You get to pick a Sunshine State book and write a book report on it. YAY! I know you are all very excited. Please let me know what book you have chosen. I can't wait to hear all about it! Remember you may not pick Seer of Shadows, Gollywhopper Games, or The Earth Dragon Awakes.

Week 2

I love reading to the class. I enjoy getting through as many Sunshine State books as possible. The book we are reading reading right now has a lot of suspense, and mystery. What has been your favorite part of the book we are reading in class?

1st Week of School

We had a great fist week of school. 4th Grade is going to be great! We will be doing a lot of writing activities and learning lots of new things. We will also be blogging! I can't wait to teach you all how.
I enjoyed getting to know you all this week and teaching you the classroom rules and procedures. My favorite part this week was when Mrs. Futch came in to meet our class. What was your favorite of the week? Why?
